DISCLAIMER

The colours shown on the colour chart have been reproduced to represent actual product colours as accurately as possible. When choosing a colour, it is recommended to consider the surroundings of the roof, as varying light
conditions and the scale of the swatch can have a bearing on visual impact.

PRESSURE CLEANING

When cleaning tiled roofs, there is a possibility that there will be some minor water ingress due to the nature of pressure cleaning tiles and underneath tiles. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that there is no significant
water entry, all precautions should be taken by the Client to ensure no items of any value are left in the roof area. Any electrical items should be covered to ensure no water can affect them. RoofXpress takes no responsibility for
any loss or damage suffered or caused as a result of minor water ingress as described herein.

Previously coated roofs - whilst all care is taken when high pressure cleaning previously coated roofs, there is a possibility the previous coat may start to peel. This may result in the flakes being washed onto the closest grass surface, to allow for an easier clean when the grass is next maintained with a lawn mower.
